Custodian

Schedule: Flexible (morning, afternoon, or evening)

About the Role
Global Connection Academy is seeking reliable Custodians to help keep our school clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas

• Perform basic upkeep/repairs (e.g., light bulbs, minor fixes)

• Help with event setup/takedown

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies

• Assist with seasonal outdoor tasks (snow/ice, light lawn care)

• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products/equipment properly

Qualifications

• Custodial or general maintenance experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must pass a BCI/FBI background check

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
